Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Corporate Customer Service Specialist to join their Albany team. This is not a typical call center role—you will be responsible for handling specialized client estimates, coordinating legal document retrievals, and managing critical corporate filings with state and revenue departments.
This position is an exceptional foot-in-the-door opportunity with a world-renowned corporation, offering a structured 6-month path aimed directly at permanent conversion.
Position Qualifications- Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office administrative, data entry, legal assistant, or specialized customer service role is preferred. A strong willingness to learn corporate and legal compliance services is a must!
- Technical Skills: Computer literate with intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Core Competencies: Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional time-management skills, and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy corporate environment.
- Professionalism: Flawless punctuality, a strong work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities- Order & Process Management: Oversee the lifecycle of corporate document requests from initial client inquiry through system processing, tracking, and final order fulfillment.
- Public Records & Document Retrieval: Conduct official entity searches (such as checking corporate name availability and legal status), obtain certificates of status from state departments, and secure copies of public record documents.
- Corporate Filings: Assist in the preparation, meticulous review, and filing of official corporate documents, including Articles of Incorporation/Organization, legal amendments, DBAs (Assumed Business Names), annual reports, and required newspaper publications.
- Vendor & Client Relations: Respond to and resolve incoming inquiries, tracking requests, and concerns from partners and vendors via phone and email with a high degree of professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a positive team player, collaborating directly with internal corporate team members to ensure all time-sensitive projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
