Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Michigan State PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Prior experience with rehab documentation, restorative programs, and common SNF equipment (gait belts, Hoyer lifts, parallel bars) preferred.
- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Work days: 5x8 schedule.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
