This is the entry-level job classification within the Engineering Technician series. Personnel at this level will learn to interact courteously with customers, prepare correspondence to customers, be responsive to their questions, and ensure customers understand project terms and conditions.
They will also learn to develop work packages for residential and small commercial projects that include sketches, material lists, and project cost estimates.
