• Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for an IT Systems Analyst to join our team.

Job Summary: Link Technologies is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to support enterprise applications, with a primary focus on the Workday ERP system. This role will also assist with Agilysys LMS, InfoGenesis POS, and the Konami Gaming System as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Support and administer the Workday system
• Provide application support across multiple platforms as required
• Assist with ticket management using ServiceNow Qualifications:
• Hands on experience with Workday support
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow Helpdesk
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and PowerPoint Preferred:
• Experience with Agilysys LMS, InfoGenesis POS, and Konami Gaming Systems
