Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote role serving clients throughout Oklahoma.
This position centers on providing therapy that helps clients address real-life issues in their relationships, families, and personal well-being. You will meet with clients virtually, identify treatment needs, document progress, and provide ongoing support using sound clinical judgment and proven therapeutic methods.This is a strong opportunity for therapists who want consistency, autonomy, and meaningful client interaction in a remote setting.
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide telehealth counseling to individuals, couples, and families
- Evaluate client needs through intake and ongoing assessment
- Develop treatment plans based on presenting concerns and goals
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation
- Deliver therapy using evidence-based clinical approaches
- Help clients improve communication, coping skills, and relationship functioning
- Coordinate with internal or external providers when needed
- Active LMFT license in Oklahoma
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong understanding of family systems and relational therapy
- Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- 2 weeks PTO
