Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Taking full ownership of assigned projects from preconstruction through close‑out
  • Leading scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination and site operations
  • Driving proactive problem‑solving, identifying risks early and implementing solutions
  • Managing client, consultant and internal team relationships to ensure alignment and trust
  • Overseeing quality control, safety compliance and adherence to contract requirements
  • Participating in preconstruction activities including estimating, constructability reviews and phasing strategies
  • Mentoring and supporting project team members while fostering a positive, accountable team culture
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard

The Successful Applicant

The Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within commercial construction
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling and cost control
  • Confidence in decision‑making with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience with public sector or CMAR delivery models is advantageous
