Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Taking full ownership of assigned projects from preconstruction through close‑out
- Leading scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination and site operations
- Driving proactive problem‑solving, identifying risks early and implementing solutions
- Managing client, consultant and internal team relationships to ensure alignment and trust
- Overseeing quality control, safety compliance and adherence to contract requirements
- Participating in preconstruction activities including estimating, constructability reviews and phasing strategies
- Mentoring and supporting project team members while fostering a positive, accountable team culture
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard

The Successful Applicant
The Senior Project Manager should have:
- Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within commercial construction
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling and cost control
- Confidence in decision‑making with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with public sector or CMAR delivery models is advantageous
