Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Track/document patient progress and outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies
- Stay current with innovative therapy techniques
- Assign patients to the team members
- Collaborate with Facility case management for Discharge planning and patient care management
Qualifications: ✔ Active Indiana Occupational Therapist (OT) License
✔ Strong clinical and communication skills✔ Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional care

Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
- Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
