- Lead and manage strategic Data Management projects in a collaborative environment.
- Identify and mitigate program issues and risks, escalating when necessary.
- Facilitate meetings with external vendors and project teams to address changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage projects, including leading daily Scrum meetings.
- Communicate project plans and status clearly to both functional and program leadership.
- Ensure technical solutions align with best practices and are sustainable.
- Collaborate with the Data Management Function Lead on timelines and resource allocations.
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager on large-scale projects.
- Proficient in Agile project management and serving as a Scrum Master.
- Strong meeting facilitation and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations.
- Experience with SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Project, and Visio.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business requirements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility in approach.
