Job Description- Review drawings and spec
- Create purchase orders (drywall, steel, etc.)
- Manage change orders, purchase orders, & permits with some autonomy
- Create project schedules alongside the Project Manager
- Update change orders
- Assist with monthly budgets by breaking down the overall project budget

The Successful Applicant- 2-5 years as a Project Engineer or APM with a General Contractor
- Experience with Procore, MS Project, and/or Bluebeam
- Construction knowledge
- Experience in municipal or K-12 markets
- BS Degree in Construction Management
- A willingness to grow and learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Base salary starting at $80,000 on the base
