• Strong hands-on experience as a Windchill Solution Architect
• Proven experience defining and designing Windchill solution architectures aligned with business objectives
• Strong knowledge of PTC Windchill PLM capabilities and architecture
• Hands-on experience implementing and customizing Windchill PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, and related modules
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong understanding of PLM integrations and enterprise solution architecture
• Experience guiding developers and technical teams through solution design and implementation
• Ability to evaluate, select, and implement PLM solutions across different stages, from proof of concept to large-scale integrations
• Strong experience collaborating with clients, vendors, business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to ensure Windchill solutions align with business objectives, scalability, quality, and future-state requirements
• Experience participating in PLM pursuits, practice development, and solution innovation
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced Windchill PLM solutions.
• Define solution architectures and provide technical direction to development and implementation teams.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and integrated technical solutions.
• Design and architect Windchill solutions that meet business and end-user requirements.
• Implement and customize PTC Windchill modules, including PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, and related capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure successful technical implementation.
• Partner with clients and vendors to evaluate and implement PLM solutions.
• Support solutions ranging from proofs of concept to large-scale enterprise integrations.
• Ensure Windchill architecture aligns with business objectives, technical standards, and future-state needs.
• Lead and support PLM pursuits and practice development initiatives.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing forums and help resolve complex customer challenges.
• Collaborate on innovative PLM solutions and contribute to the continuous development of the PLM practice.
• Stay current with emerging and future Windchill and PLM technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across project teams and stakeholders.
