Project Manager | Self Storage

About Our Client

With strong leadership, financial stability, and multiple new projects breaking ground, this is an exciting time to join the business.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout with full ownership
• Lead budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
• Oversee self-storage, logistics, industrial, and specialty commercial projects
• Coordinate with field teams, owners, architects, and vendors
• Drive project meetings, solve issues, and keep milestones on track
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
• Maintain project profitability, forecasting, and cost controls
• Travel occasionally to project sites across the U.S. or Canada (minimal)
• Deliver high-quality projects while maintaining strong client relationships

• 5+ years of construction project management experience with a General Contractor
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Experience in commercial, industrial, self-storage, warehouse, or related markets preferred
• Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction software
• Professional, client-facing communicator who works well with diverse teams
• Hard-working, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Construction-related degree preferred but not required with relevant experience

• Base salary of $90,000 - $110,000
• $1,000/month car allowance
