Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

Deliver a sophisticated, personalized client experience that reflects the brand's heritage and aesthetic
Cultivate and maintain a loyal client base through thoughtful outreach, styling expertise, and relationship building
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall boutique performance
Act as a trusted style advisor, offering tailored recommendations based on client preferences and lifestyle

Maintain detailed client profiles, tracking purchase history, preferences, and key milestones

Brand Representation

Embody the brand's understated luxury through impeccable presentation and professionalism
Uphold the boutique's atmosphere, ensuring a welcoming, elegant, and elevated environment at all times

Support visual merchandising standards in alignment with the brand's identity and seasonal collections

Operations

Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and replenishment to ensure a seamless sales floor
Execute daily opening and closing procedures with precision and care

Ensure accuracy across all transactions, including POS operations and cash handling

Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of experience within luxury or premium retail environments
Strong sales acumen with a track record of building meaningful, long-term client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor
Passion for luxury fashion, textiles, and craftsmanship

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
