Job Description:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor upon their arrival.
• Manage all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Resolve guest complaints and problems, escalating issues as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments and manage room bookings using hotel reservation software.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.

• Previous experience in a hotel front desk role is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
