Required Skills & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
3+ years in a software development environment leading cross-team dependencies, preferably in enterprise settings with multiple Scrum teams
Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Agile Scrum, and IT software project management
2+ years managing customer expectations, project schedules, status, and reporting Key Responsibilities
Promote adoption and maturity of Scrum processes based on the Scrum Guide
Collaborate on backlog management and maintain accurate documentation of velocity, progress, and impediments
Coordinate cross-team collaboration when required
Assist with planning and grooming activities Security Requirement
Active Secret Security Clearance preferred
3+ years of Agile/Scrum experience
