IT Support Specialist - on in Pittsburgh, PA (Local Candidates Only)

Overview:

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card

The A.C. Coy Company is currently hiring for a help desk/IT Support Technician.

Responsibilities:

• troubleshoot tickets
• work closely with the escalation team and project managers to resolve tickets
• must be detailed oriented

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Associates degree in business, MIS or IT preferred; HS diploma with equivalent experience required
• 2-3 years’ experience as a help desk/IT Support technician
• Demonstrated experience in client support and direct client communications
• Ability to establish and maintain positive customer service
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
