Customer Service / Forklift Operator
- Shipping & Receiving: Process customer orders for UPS and LTL shipments. Verify part numbers and descriptions to ensure accuracy before picking.
- Inventory Control: Maintain 95%–100% inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and monthly cycle counts.
- Support & Service: Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, troubleshooting order discrepancies and responding to parts inquiries.
- Operations: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock; maintain a neat and organized warehouse; notify management of low stock levels.
- Equipment: Must be able to operate forklifts, pallet handlers, and hand trucks.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and prior customer service experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Stable, first-shift hours.
- Competitive pay in a local, well-managed facility.
