Position Overview
We are actively seeking a Full-Time Elementary School Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in a collaborative, student-focused school environment in Beloit, WI. This role offers competitive pay, a consistent school schedule, and the opportunity for contract extension, making it an excellent fit for OTs looking for both stability and impact.
You will work directly with elementary-aged students to support their academic access, independence, and functional skills development in a supportive school-based setting.
What You’ll Be Doing- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to elementary students
- Address key developmental areas including fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, and self-regulation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal development and progress tracking
- Complete OT evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation
- Deliver services in classrooms and designated therapy spaces
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license
- NBCOT certification
- School-based or pediatric OT experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
