Zachery Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to support a DoD program that is fully funded through 2028, supporting the Department of the Navy program based in Kansas City, MO. The Help Desk Specialist provides end‑user technical support across a large enterprise environment. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their IT career and gain exposure within the Intelligence Community. The role will begin on a night‑shift schedule, with the option to move to other shifts after the first few months depending on candidate preference. ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE AND COMPTIA SECURITY+ REQUIRED Primary Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and other network‑connected equipment
Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, operating systems, Microsoft/Office applications, and VTC systems
Collaborate with employees and leadership to diagnose and resolve IT problems
Support daily operations of the Enterprise Service Desk
Manage service tickets, run scripts, answer incoming calls, and meet established service metrics Required Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance
At least 1 year of IT support experience
IAT II certification (Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, or higher‑level equivalent)
Hands‑on experience with troubleshooting, ticketing tools, and general IT support Compensation & Benefits:
Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and sick leave as required • Salary range: $50,000–$55,000 annually
