Job Description
  • Lead ground‑up data center and mission‑critical construction from precon through turnover, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams supporting MEP‑intensive scopes
  • Enforce strict safety, QA/QC, and commissioning standards across all sites
  • Track schedules, logistics, and costs, adjusting to maintain aggressive delivery timelines
  • Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders regularly
  • Proactively resolve field issues, delays, and constructability challenges
  • Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural, structural, and MEP plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and as‑built records

The Successful Applicant
  • - Proven experience managing data center or mission‑critical construction projects, preferably ground‑up
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, MEP‑intensive scopes, safety regulations, and QA/QC standards
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to direct field teams and coordinate with owners, engineers, and trade partners
  • Willingness to travel frequently to support active project sites
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to address field challenges in fast‑paced, high‑reliability environments
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software is a plus
