Requirements: Bachelors degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field, and 7 years of experience in position offered or process/hardware engineering experience in semiconductor industry.Requires education or experience in: 1. Ability to set up prices for semiconductor products with the right value capture; 2. Ability to drive DDP products manufacturing process flow, tool delivery timeline discussion and pull-in schedule; 3. Strong customer relationship and technical skill to engage new product to win business; 4.
Technical review meetings with key customers; 5. Knowledge of semiconductor process flow (epitaxial growth, lithography, etching, ion implantation, deposition, oxidation, annealing, CMP) and integration to set product milestones and strategy per customer requirements; 6.
Knowledge of semiconductor hardware and mechanics, such as vacuum with turbo and rough pump, pressure with manometer, gas flow with various gas & liquid, RF plasma with HF/LF/VHF RF component, and mechanical knowledge with wafer handling & robot; and 7.
Analyzing the data from semiconductor HW/Processes with analysis tools such as XRF, XPS, RBS, Raman, and EELS.
Salary: $177,208 - $212,650 / year
