Maintenance Mechanic
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver responsible for ensuring our production machinery runs efficiently through both routine preventative maintenance and major repairs.
You will work hands-on with a variety of industrial equipment, including presses, laminators, and machine shop tools. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities- Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production equipment to minimize downtime and execute major mechanical repairs as needed.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex issues within hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Machinery Operation: Operate and repair production-critical equipment, specifically presses and laminators.
- Shop Work: Utilize manual lathes and milling machines to fabricate parts or perform specialized repairs.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
The essential functions of this role include:
