Compensation: $30 - $40 Hourly + Commission

About the Job
This position is responsible for assessing client needs, recommending customized MedSpa programs, and executing treatments while educating clients on post-care and home regimens. The role also supports business growth by discussing pricing, promoting services, and collaborating with the team to drive referrals and exceed performance targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations and recommend customized aesthetic treatments and home care.
- Perform cosmetic injections and a range of MedSpa procedures.
- Assess skin conditions using advanced analysis technology.
- Maintain accurate documentation, consent forms, and treatment records in EMR.
- Capture before-and-after results to track progress and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and sanitation standards.
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships to drive retention.
- Collaborate with team members and provide cross-referrals for services.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse State License.
- 3- 5 years of experience in aesthetic injections and MedSpa treatments
- Aesthetic and Cosmetic Certifications (Botox & Dermal Filler, Injectors, etc.)
- Body Contouring Certification is a PLUS
- IV Therapy Certification, BLS/CPR, and ACLS
- Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetic procedures, and wellness services.
- Proficient in EMR systems and clinical documentation.
- Sales-oriented with excellent communication and guest relations skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and professionalism.
