Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Durham, North Carolina. This opportunity is ideal for a PT who enjoys autonomy, flexible scheduling, and providing one-on-one patient care in the home setting.

- Home Care Home Base experience required
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily patient schedule
