Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Houghton Lake, Michigan.

Minimum Requirements- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required; carry current verification if available.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or post-acute setting preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with ADL training, splinting, and adaptive equipment recommended as preferred.
- Client requires ability to document using electronic medical record systems; experience with EMR documentation preferred.
