Job Description- Manage projects fromGMP award through turnover
- Oversee budgets, buyout, contracts, and change management
- Coordinate with superintendents to maintain schedule and quality
- Lead owner, architect, and consultant communication
- Manage subcontractors and vendors through completion
- Handle project reporting, pay apps, and closeout documentation

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with aGC
- Direct experience delivering hospitality projects (hotel, resort, restaurant, or similar)
- Strong understanding of fast-track schedules and complex coordination
- Comfortable owning budget, schedule, and client relationships
- Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
