Job Description
  • Support Project Managers with day‑to‑day coordination and administrative tasks
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
  • Attend meetings, take detailed and organized notes, and distribute follow‑ups
  • Help manage document control, submittals, and project files
  • Perform site visits and assist with field coordination as needed
  • Support permit pickups and basic compliance tracking
  • Gain exposure to project management, field operations, estimating, and scheduling over time

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

  • Less than 3 years of professional experience (entry‑level to early career)
  • Interest in construction, project management, or field operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities across teams
