Job Description- Manage daily on-site operations for luxury residential construction projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth project flow.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders and project managers.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and labor.

The Successful Applicant
A successful High-End Residential Interiors Superintendent should have:
- Must have luxury residential interior project experience
- Proven experience in managing high-end residential construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and luxury finishes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and timelines.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills with clients and team members.
- Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 USD annually.
