Minimum Requirements – Cath Lab Tech
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab and/or Interventional Radiology (IR) experienceExperience assisting with cardiac catheterization procedures
Experience with pacemaker procedures
Ability to float to EP (Electrophysiology) Lab when needed
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology program
Licensure / Certifications:
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
Skills:
Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac proceduresAbility to scrub, circulate, and monitor cases
Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and sterile techniques
Experience with cardiac devices such as pacemakers
Ability to work in Cath Lab and EP Lab environments. // pay is Negotiable
