Responsibilities- Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients following established formulas and batch records
- Operate mixing equipment and ensure proper setup, operation, and cleaning
- Monitor mixing processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Follow all food safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and sanitation guidelines
- Accurately document production data and report any discrepancies
- Transport ingredients and finished mixtures using carts or pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production needs or issues
