Position Overview:

  • Lead and drive cross-functional initiatives spanning infrastructure, operations, and enterprise technology teams
  • Develop executive-level reporting, presentations, and business commentary for senior leadership forums
  • Own and resolve ad hoc issues independently, particularly those impacting infrastructure delivery and operations

  • Translate technical and operational data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders
  • Track and manage key deliverables, risks, dependencies, and timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Strong background within financial services (banking, capital markets, or similar regulated environments)
  • Demonstrated ability to independently run initiatives end-to-end with minimal direction
  • Broad understanding of infrastructure and enterprise technology environments (networks, cloud, servers, end-user computing)
  • Strong executive communication skills, including presentation development and delivery to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business and operational insights
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with shifting priorities

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience supporting an MD, CIO, or senior infrastructure leadership
  • Experience within large, global enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with infrastructure financials, budgeting, and cost tracking
  • Exposure to risk, audit, and regulatory frameworks related to technology
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
