responsibilities:
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)? Monitor outgoing lab interface errors and resolve. Monitor incoming results interface and resolve (this may require communication and coordination with the lab operations team).Monitor emails sent to the team distribution and respond. Resolve help desk tickets assigned to the beaker team. Work on new lab test requests that have gone through ambulatory team first (this involves building and testing in our TST environment with reference lab).
Work on optimization change requests when time permits.
