salary: $32.25 - 41.41 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:
- Provide technical engineering support directly to critical manufacturing processes, complex projects, and operational functions.
- Evaluate manufacturing outcomes to identify, develop, and implement continuous process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Support New Product Introductions (NPI) and champion the successful integration of new equipment and process introductions.
- Apply professional expertise and judgment to work independently with minimal supervision using a comprehensive understanding of established systems.
- Utilize practice-based knowledge to make operational judgments and execute day-to-day engineering tasks in a dynamic environment.
