Client Relationship Associate

salary: $20 - $22 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities- Respond to inquiries from shareholders, investment professionals, and internal departments while processing various account transactions and updates.
- Conduct detailed account research and manage the production of professional shareholder correspondence.
- Leverage a foundational understanding of the financial industry or mutual fund operations to multi-task efficiently while maintaining accuracy across all aspects of the role.
- Manage daily operational tasks with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills while utilizing Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel to maintain organized workflows.
- Work a hybrid schedule with an in-office presence four days per week within a standard five-day work schedule.
- Inbound Call (2 years of experience is required)
- Call Center (2 years of experience is required)
- Process Financial Transactions (2 years of experience is required)
- Mutual Fund Operations (2 years of experience is preferred)
