Travel PT Home Health jobs in Southboro, MA are available for 13-week assignments with Monday through Friday 8-hour days. You must have an active Massachusetts license and home health experience. You will complete 6 to 7 patient visits per day, with visits scheduled in a tight radius covering Framingham, Natick, Hopkinton, and Westboro.This role uses the Homecare Homebase EMR system. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.72 per mile.
