salary: $50 - 59 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
- Create and maintain comprehensive tech packs utilizing 2D and 3D software to clearly communicate product specifications and design intent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external factory partners to ensure accurate execution of materials, construction, and graphic placements.
- Manage the full prototyping process, including tracking requests, leading review sessions, and capturing feedback to finalize buy-ready products on time.
- Drive project timelines by strictly managing calendar target dates and proactively communicating progress or challenges to leadership.
- Act as a technical leader across multiple seasonal projects, offering alternative solutions and problem-solving with vendors to continuously improve manufacturability.
