Responsibilities
Local non profit seeking temporary front desk receptionist for immediate need. This temporary role will handle the reception area by greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner, answering/transferring and taking messages of calls and receive deliveries.This is a temporary, fulltime professional environment looking for immediate availabilty and must have a level II background. The essential functions of this role include:- working in a smoke free environment
- Handling Confidential Information (1 year of experience is required)
- Mail Distribution (1 year of experience is required)
- Switchboard Operation (3 years of experience is required)
- Greeting Customers (2 years of experience is required)
- multi-line phones (2 years of experience is required)
- Receptionist Duties
- Multi-tasking
