CRM Director

Unison Systems is seeking a CRM Director to join our client's team in Denver Tech Center (DTC).

This is a direct hire position offering $150,000 to $190,000 annually. The role requires 4 days onsite per week. Our client is an award-winning international travel company with 95+ years of experience, operating in over 70 countries. The position includes a generous benefits package with travel benefits and retirement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the CRM Center of Excellence strategy and enterprise roadmap globally
• Develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for CRM processes and track performance metrics
• Oversee CRM COE budgets, resources, and project prioritization
• Manage data quality, security, and compliance within CRM systems
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Service teams to ensure integrated CRM solutions
• Serve as primary liaison between executive leadership and CRM delivery teams
• Lead, develop, and maintain a high-performing CRM team
• Facilitate continuous training, process improvements, and adoption of CRM innovations
• Create and maintain business process and technical best-practice guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Report regularly to executive leadership on CRM COE initiatives and outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field; or 10+ years of relevant CRM or product management experience
• 10+ years of CRM strategy, implementation, or management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record leading CRM initiatives and cross-functional teams in large, complex organizations
• Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing business processes and best practices
• Strong background in change management, training, and process improvement
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with executive leadership
