- Speech Language Pathologist License for GA or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: BLS, GA License for SLP, CCC-SLP
- Equipment/Procedures: Acute Care, ICU
- Weekend/Call: Weekend = Possible; Call = None stated
- Experience: 15 months
- Local Restrictions: Local only
