Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Quick and accurate typing, familiar with computer scanning and filing software
Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues with office equipment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Valid drivers license with clean MVR per companys insurance requirements
Answers all inbound phone calls, emails, and routes them accordingly
Oversees office budgets, invoices, payroll processing, and supporting Human Recourses functions
Maintain office inventory, ordering, and office equipment
Manage correspondence and interact with clients and vendors professionally

Our client is seeking a part-time experienced Office Assistant who is professional, dependable, and well organized to join their team.This part-time position has potential to be full-time. Current schedule is approximately 30 hours a week Monday- Friday.
Qualifications: Prior experience working in an office administrative role
Knowledge of financial processes, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and expense managementProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Quick and accurate typing, familiar with computer scanning and filing software
Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues with office equipment

High School Diploma or equivalent
Overview of Responsibilities: Manages daily office operations
General office duties to include project and staff scheduling, emailing, filing, copying, printing, data entry, mailing, main, keeping a professional office appearanceAnswers all inbound phone calls, emails, and routes them accordingly
Oversees office budgets, invoices, payroll processing, and supporting Human Recourses functions
Maintain office inventory, ordering, and office equipment
Manage correspondence and interact with clients and vendors professionally
Welcome and assist visitors and staff in a friendly and helpful manner
Compensation & Scheduled Overview: Starting hourly rate based on qualifications and related experience
30 hours a week Monday- Friday- If the position moves to a full-time Office Assistant role the company does offer:
