Job Description- Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project progress and maintain schedules to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address project needs and challenges.
- Oversee procurement and delivery of materials to ensure project efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, reports, and change orders.
