• 11:00 PM How This Role Works:
• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule.

• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entry points, and the property perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized activity, property concerns, and maintenance-related observations according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and communicate relevant incidents and observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be able to lift up to 20 pounds, preferred.
• Possess customer service experience, preferred.
• Possess a state, county, or city-issued security-related license, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
