Construction Project Manager

salary: $50 - 60 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:
- Serve as field leader, overseeing daily site progress, safety meetings, and subcontractor performance
- Manage project administration including RFIs, submittals, budgets, and cost tracking
- Coordinate across multiple contractors and trades to align sequencing and ensure site readiness
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC controls and SCADA systems
- Build and maintain real-time project schedules in Excel, optimizing technician deployment across 25-30 active projects
- Experience: 5+ years in construction, including 2+ years managing HVAC controls projects (PM/APM level) and experience overseeing $5M+ projects
- Technical Skills: Excel proficiency (scheduling, cost tracking, resource planning) with solid understanding of project financials (SOVs, budgets, cost tracking)
- Certifications & Compliance: OSHA 30 required, ability to pass background for federal/military base access; DoD/federal project experience highly preferred
