Workday Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Dedicated support for testing reporting and integrations within Workday HR
• Follows Workday Change Control procedure and documentation requirements
• Supports Workday configuration team with testing and configuration review of any system or data changes
• Supports Workday data audits
• Ensures business processes are consistent and efficient across Workday modules
• Participates in testing and regression testing of bi-annual Workday releases
• Audits and tracks change impact through the platform and down to payroll and integrations
• Manages process and data audits as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, a related field, or comparable experience
• Experience using Workday preferred
• Prior QA or testing experience preferred
