SIMPLIFI CLINICAL INTERVIEWS
Certs Required: BLS, NBSTSA.Experience Required: 2 years as an Surgical Technician in Neuro/ENT Specialty. Neuro/ENT, Orthopedic, General: Breasts/Plastics, Vascular, Laparoscopic, General Oncology, Genitourinary (GU), Gynecology (GYN), Robots.
First-time traveler: Further approval/evaluation from hiring supervisor; Would not recommend for first time travelers
Patient Types: Neuro/ENT, Orthopedic, General: Breasts/Plastics, Vascular, Laparoscopic, General Oncology, Genitourinary (GU), Gynecology (GYN), Robots.
Floating: Cross trained to all Main OR specialties and Urology center but no floating to other hospitals.
Scheduling: Variable start times for Day shift (Anywhere between 5:30am-7am)Weekend rotation: N/A
On Call: 30 min response time.

- General / Neuro (8 Week call schedule)
- EOS call: 10 slots (Monday through Friday)
- 1-2 Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- subject to change based on department needs
- Orthopedic Surgical Assistants
- 1 day each week Monday – Thursday (8-week call schedule)
- 1 call weekend every 5 weeks (Friday through Sunday)
