Midas is seeking an experienced and motivated A-Level Automotive Technician to perform advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and mentor developing techs. You’ll have access to the latest tools, paid training, and a clear path to leadership opportunities — all while earning top pay for your performance.
What You’ll Do- Perform advanced diagnostics, drivability, and electrical repairs
- Complete brake, suspension, steering, and engine performance work
- Ensure all services meet or exceed Midas quality standards
- Communicate effectively with the service team for accurate estimates and timelines
- Mentor and support lower-level technicians in their development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Proven experience as an A-Level or Master Technician
- ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead by example in productivity, accuracy, and teamwork
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pay range: Weekly guarantee or $40/hour flat rate + weekly bonuses
- Performance-based pay with additional incentives for certifications and production
