- Monitor project progress and maintain high delivery standards.
- Communicate project updates and risks to executives and stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct quality reviews and implement improvements based on lessons learned.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring delivery within constraints.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams.
- Implement best practices in portfolio, program, and project management.
- Extensive experience in IT project management with strong stakeholder interaction.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in large organizations.
- Experience in operational technology, particularly in asset protection or security.
- A completed four-year degree is required.
- PMP certification and expertise in Project and Portfolio Management methodologies.
- Experience with change management and risk management in dynamic settings.
- Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence in high-pressure scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical language into business terms.
