Territory Sales Manager
The Territory Sales Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales and works cross-functionally with marketing, product development, clinical support, technical support, and operations teams to achieve company objectives. The position requires remote-based work and travel to client sites, trade shows,industry meetings, and company facilities, as required (estimated 25-50%).
Some international travel may be required.

Responsibilities- Develop Strategic Sales Growth Within North America. Collaborate with the Director of Sales
opportunities, and ensure alignment with company goals. Track performance against revenue
targets, monitor market activity, and adjust strategies as needed. Provide regular reporting on
sales pipeline, forecast, customer activity, and performance.
- Serve as Clinical Subject Matter Expert. Provide technical and clinical expertise for ophthalmic
product capabilities, explain clinical workflows, support troubleshooting, and communicate
product benefits in a clear, credible, and customer-focused manner.
- Manage Sales Cycle Within Personal Direct Sales Territory. Manage prospecting, qualification,
sales follow-up for all leads and clients within the assigned direct sales territory.
- Develop and Manage Distributor, Enterprise, and Key Opinion Leader Relationships. Cultivate
and manage relationships with distributors, enterprise clients, physician leaders, clinical staff, and other key stakeholders. Support account penetration, customer retention, and adoption ultrasound products.
