Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Line Cook to join our hotel bistro team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality dishes that delight our guests. This role is instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to an inviting dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with quality standards and established recipes.
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meet portion control guidelines.
• Assist in the development and implementation of menu specials and new dishes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage orders and ensure a smooth workflow during service periods.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking kitchen supplies as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
