Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Public Construction $50M+- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing public construction projects valued at $50M+.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Review and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Work closely with the construction team to address and resolve any project-related issues.
- Support the procurement process by sourcing and managing vendor relationships.
