MIG Welder 3rd Shift
Primary Responsibilities Precision Fabrication: Interpret technical blueprints to accurately layout, position, and secure components for welding. Heavy-Duty Welding: Execute high-quality MIG welding on a mix of mild and stainless steel. Structural Integrity: Manage heavy-gauge materials (up to 1 inch thick) and perform structural 3-pass welds to meet rigorous safety standards.
Workflow Management: Maintain an efficient pace to ensure production targets and project deadlines are met consistently. Required Experience & Skills MIG Expertise: At least 2+ years of professional experience focusing on heavy-gauge steel applications.
Technical Literacy: Proven ability to read and interpret complex industrial blueprints. GD&T Proficiency: A solid grasp of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing to ensure all parts meet exact specifications. Education & Qualifications Growth Opportunities: While experienced pros are preferred, we are committed to the future of the tradestudents currently enrolled in a two-year welding program are highly encouraged to apply.
